Business Unit Sales Director
Exclusively for one of our clients, a leading international player in energy equipment products, we are looking for a Business Unit Sales Director.
– Lead, manage and direct regional sales operations, sales management and commercial management in accordance with
– Coaching, development and mentoring
– Define, propose and develop objectives to achieve goals
– Manage pricing
– Oversee the development of sales and profitability of the network
– Ongoing monitoring
– Define and oversee the implementation of national sales and marketing plans
– Review, revise departmental organization, work methods and processes
– Lead the monthly and annual sales planning processes and procedures
– Responsible for efficient and accurate inventory management
– Oversee and direct the preparation, presentation and follow-up of PDCA sales
– Responsible for evaluating sales trends and changes in general market conditions
– Participate in European sales meetings
– Responsible for the preparation, presentation and organization of meetings
– Establish and maintain a high level of communication with the network
– Ensure the efficient management of the ordering, logistics and procurement process
– Lead and actively participate in program improvement
– Propose, initiate and participate in relevant projects for continuous improvement
– Trilingual French, German and English (a prerequisite)
– Successful experience in a similar sales function at national level
– Extensive experience in network sales
– Experience in franchising, business management, procurement and marketing)
– Good financial understanding
– Knowledge of product planning, forecast management
– Leadership, results and performance oriented
– Excellent interpersonal skills
